A good insight tells us something about what really matters to people that we hadn’t previously considered.
This can reveal something deeper. And it can be just a “hunch.”
Criteria for Great Insights:
- Authentic
- Non-obvious
- Revealing
Observations
"Chris took many actions that indicated he did not care much about practicing sustainability. But, he did donate clothing to help others out.”
Insight
"People are motivated to re-use and recycle in order to help other people, not just by a desire to save the planet.”
